Individual Wedding Consultation/Planning Service
This service is for you the busy discerning couple who are planning your own phenomenal wedding. However, you find yourself a bit overwhelmed and need some assistance. Wedding Passion can help guide you towards making your wedding vision a reality. This service can be a one time meeting or an on going service. Wedding Passion fee is $150 for the first two hours and $50 per hour thereafter. One free initial telephone interview is included.

Wedding Passion will refer u to three wedding vendors per category based on your needs, expections and budget. We recommend each vendor on their own merit and it is you who decides who the final vendors are and signs the contracts.
- Wedding Ceremony and Reception Venue Referrals
Team Wedding Passion can source and recommend up to six locations for your wedding base on your vision, style and budget.
- Wedding Menu Planning
The team will provide advice in meal selection, presentation and bar management.
- Wedding Concept and Design
Wedding Passion will assist you in developing your own personal unique wedding style and theme.
- Questions on Wedding Etiquette and Manners Answered
Guest List and RSVP Management
The team will assist in the assembly and the mailing of the wedding invites. Wedding Passion can receive and keep track of all the RSVP for your wedding. The team will send you a weekly updated email on all the RSVP received. Two weeks prior to the wedding date the team will call the remaining guest who have not RSVP and than send an email to you with the final wedding guest count. Our fee for this service is $25 per hour minimum four hours.
Personal Wedding Assistant
This service is for you the busy couple who needs assistance to help you get a handle on all the wedding details that still needs to be done. You do not want your family and wedding party running around doing all the last minute wedding errands the day before or on your wedding day. You want your love ones to be clam, cool and relaxed on your special day. Wedding Passion fee is $25 per hour for each wedding assistant. Minimum four hours.
Wedding Ceremony/Reception Set Up/Tear Down
This service is for you the busy DIY couple who have design and planned your own epic wedding. However, you need help in setting up the wedding ceremony and reception venue. This service includes a one hour consultation to discuss the set up you have planned and design. As discussed the team will than set up the wedding ceremony and venue on your wedding day. This service can include clean up after the wedding. Wedding Passion fee for this service is $25 per team member. Four hours minimum for set up. Four hours minimum for tear down.
Wedding Rehearsal and Ceremony Only Coordination
This service is for you the busy discerning couple who have fully planned your extra ordinary wedding but still wish to have a certified wedding coordinator at your wedding rehearsal and wedding ceremony. The coordinator will be present at the wedding rehearsal to learn the details on how the wedding ceremony will flow. If no officiate is present at the wedding rehearsal, the wedding coordinator can than direct it. The wedding coordinator will inform the wedding party of their duties and answer any questions anyone may have. On the wedding day the coordinator will arrive one in a half hour before the start of the ceremony to assist in any last minute wedding ceremony details and to answer any questions the wedding party or the guest may have. The certified wedding coordinator will be at the wedding ceremony for a maximum four hours. A wedding day emergency kit will be available for your use. Wedding Passion fee for this service is $30 per hour for each coordinator. Weddings over one hundred guest will require an extra wedding coordinator.
Wedding Reception Only Coordination Service
This service is for the busy discerning couple who have fully planned your own fabulous wedding but still wish to have a certified wedding coordinator from Wedding Passion present at your wedding reception.
This service includes:
- one certified wedding coordinator for a maximum of eight hours
- use of a wedding day emergency kit
- two consultations prior to your wedding to discuss the details in which you have planned for your awesome wedding reception
- a prepare contact list of all your wedding reception vendors and a list of their duties
Some of the wedding coordinators duties may include:
- confirm your wedding date with the wedding reception vendors and what their duties are
- greet, assist and answer any questions the wedding guest or party may have
- help solve any unforeseen situations
- assist in the flow of the reception
The wedding coordinator will leave once the wedding dance starts. Wedding Passion’s fee is $400. For weddings over a hundred guest an extra wedding coordinator will be required at $25 per hour. Minimum four hours.
